Sesame Tofu Noodles with Broccoli and Carrot
Chewy wheat noodles are tossed in a glossy soy, sesame and ginger sauce with golden tofu, crisp broccoli and ribbons of carrot and red pepper. A handful of cilantro keeps the whole bowl lively and fresh.
Test kitchen note: Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water and toss with a little sesame oil; they stay springy and will not clump in the wok.
