You will be the friendly voice our members and shoppers hear when they need a hand. From tracking a late parcel to explaining a membership charge or rescuing a collapsed cake, you will solve problems with patience and good humor. Your insights will also help our team improve recipes, policies, and the overall site experience.
What you will do
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls with accurate, caring answers
- Process returns, refunds, and replacements according to store policy
- Help members with billing questions, plan changes, and account access
- Route recipe and technique questions to the test kitchen when needed
- Log recurring issues and share weekly trends with the wider team
What you bring
- Two or more years in customer support, ideally for an online retailer or subscription service

Join a small engineering team that builds and runs everything behind the site, from the recipe pages and member accounts to the kitchen store checkout. As our photographer and stylist, you will shoot finished dishes, step-by-step process images, and store products in natural, honest light. You will work closely with the test kitchen to plan shoots, source props, and keep a warm, consistent look across the entire site and journal.
What you will do
- Photograph and style recipes, process steps, and kitchen store products
- Plan weekly shot lists with recipe developers and editors
- Build and maintain a prop library of surfaces, linens, and tableware
- Edit, retouch, and export images to our web specifications
- Keep the photo archive organized, tagged, and easy to search
What you bring
