Seeded Multigrain Pan Loaf
Soaked sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds keep this hearty pan loaf moist and chewy, while a thick sesame and pumpkin seed crust toasts in the oven. The dark, cracked top looks straight out of a German bakery.
Test kitchen note: Soak the seeds in boiling water for at least an hour; dry seeds pull moisture from the dough and leave the crumb crumbly.
